Saturday, August 29, 2009. HARVEST FESTIVAL SHOW
Show off the fruits and vegetables of your summer labours.
Admission is free.
Afternoon tea will be available, tickets ($3.00) to be purchased
at the door.
Awards presentation will take place between 3:30 PM and 4:00 pm.
Entries received between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Exhibits to be in place for judging by 11:00 AM.

Wednesday, September 23. MONTHLY MEETING, 8.00PM (Members only)
featuring The Trading Post. Dig up your garden treasures and then trade up for items from other people's gardens.
Each item is worth one or more tickets that enable you to "buy" more items.
You may also buy tickets (.50 - $3.00)
Perennials, seeds, house plants and bulbs are all welcome.
Please bring in your donations early between 7:15 and 8 PM
Also the Photo Contest. Enter one unframed, unmounted 4 x 6 photo in any or all of the 6 categories.
Please refer to your 2009 Program & Show Schedule, page 7 for details.
Bring your photos in between 7:15 and 7:45. Write your name and phone number on the back of each photo.
Your photos may be retrieved at the end of the meeting.
