The formal gardens in a hollow.

The greenhouse
.

Some of us had lunch

beside this beautiful hillside shade garden.

A rustic gazebo. Would Mr Howard
have had one like this in 1920?.

Lady's Mantle fills the bed beneath the tree.

This fellow has a punk haircut.

Do they bring the cacti
into the greenhouse in the winter?.

Ferns with lamium.
How do they grow them so tall?. Duck poo?

Be careful where you step;
there are animals about.

and they move very slowly.

Like this basking iguana.

To see this woodpecker you had to look way up.
